Rami Khoury

Rami Khoury has had two main work experiences. Rami started their career at Amdocs in 2014 as an Application Developer and worked there until 2017. In 2017, they joined K2View as a Delivery expert and later held various roles including Project Technical Lead, Project Manager, COE Technical Manager, and currently serves as Head of Technical Operations ROTW.

Rami Khoury completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in information systems at the University of Haifa from 2011 to 2014. Rami also obtained certifications in "Customer Service: Handling Abusive Customers" and "Building Rapport with Customers" from LinkedIn in July 2021 and March 2021 respectively.
