Curtis Branum

Curtis Branum currently serves as NOC Manager at K3 Technology, a position held since August 2023, after previously working as Service Delivery Manager where Curtis strengthened client relationships and improved service delivery from September 2022 to January 2023. Prior to this, at NETRIO from December 2019 to September 2022, Curtis held multiple roles including Service Delivery Manager for the SOC, overseeing operations and implementing strategies, as well as serving as Tier 3 Team Lead and Tier 3 Engineer, managing escalations and resolving complex technical issues. Curtis began their career as a Help Desk Technician at Fluid IT, providing first-line support and troubleshooting IT problems from February 2019 to December 2019.
