Bruse Scott

Bruse Scott has a wide range of experience in proposal operations and quality assurance. Bruse currently holds the position of Vice President at K4 Solutions, Inc., where they are responsible for overseeing proposal operations and ensuring quality assurance. Bruse joined the company in 2016 as the Director of Proposal Operations and Quality Assurance.

Before joining K4 Solutions, Inc., Bruse worked at Serco as a Senior Manager Proposal Operations and Production Manager from 2008 to 2016. In this role, they managed the proposal management and production functions, developed processes and documentation for vetting and contracting supplemental resources, and developed best practices and procedures.

From 2005 to 2008, Bruse worked at Bearing Point as a Proposal Production Manager. Here, they oversaw the daily operations of the Proposal Management Group Production Department, ensuring the design, formatting, and delivery of professional-level proposal documents. Bruse also maintained a collaborative work environment and ensured compliance with proposal requirements.

Prior to Bearing Point, Bruse worked as a Proposal Lead at IBM and PWC Consulting. Bruse'sresponsibilities included supervising a team of desktop publishers and reprographics operators and providing publications support to IBM.

Bruse also has previous experience at LB&M/Advancia Corporation as a Manager/Production and Proposal Operations Manager Creative Services. In this role, they supervised production of computer-generated graphics for various projects and procured software and hardware for the department.

Earlier in their career, Bruse worked at TEXCOM Command Field Artillery Board as an Assistant Graphics Chief and at USAFACFS DPTM Training Service Center as a Graphic Art Illustrator/Computer Graphics Artist. In these roles, they oversaw the formatting and production of training manuals and created original artwork for various materials using different artistic mediums.

Bruse Scott attended Cameron University from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a focus on Fine Art. Later, they pursued further education at the University of Phoenix, studying Marketing to earn a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing.
