Virdhachallam L has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. They started their career in 1997 as a Human Resources professional at Aptech (Franchisee) and later joined Ingram Micro in 2001. Virdhachallam then worked as a Deputy Manager, Human Resources at Parryware Roca before becoming the Regional Manager HR at Future Group India in 2006. From 2009 to 2013, Virdhachallam served as the Deputy General Manager, Human Resources at MARG Ltd. They then worked as AVP-HR at K7 Computing UK from 2013 to 2014. Virdhachallam went on to establish their own business, Anytime Distribution, where they operated as an Entrepreneur from 2014 to 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Human Resources at K7 Computing, where they are responsible for driving the people strategy and acting as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management.

Virdhachallam L has a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Loyola College. Additionally, they have a Diploma of Education in Human Resources Development from NIIT Institute. Virdhachallam L also holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of Madras.
