Peter du Plessis

Peter (Duppie) du Plessis is a seasoned mining professional with over 40 years of experience in both underground and surface mining. They held various senior management positions at DRDGOLD South Africa from 1985 to 2007, including Acting General Manager of Tolukuma Gold Mine. After a brief hiatus, they served as Principal Advisor at Simberi Gold Company Ltd in 2014 before becoming General Manager at K92 Mining Ltd, where they currently work as Special Advisor. Peter holds qualifications in Surveying, Geology, and Mining Engineering from the South African College of Mining.
