Dave Duggins

Director of Customer Engagement at Kaarta

Dave Duggins began their professional career in 1977 as an Electrical Engineer and Field Test Engineer at General Electric Ordnance Systems. In 1984, they moved to Contraves where they were a Program Manager II, managing large projects and proposals with budgets totaling over $40 million. In 1995, they joined Carnegie Mellon University as a Program Manager, leading technical task areas and managing schedules, work scopes and budgets ranging from $2-13MM for numerous programs. In 2009, they joined QinetiQ North America as a Consultant and Sr Engineering Manager, leading the engineering group (18 engineers) for the Unmanned Systems Group at the Pittsburgh location of QNA. In 2014, they moved to Near Earth Autonomy, Inc as a Program Manager. Finally, in 2015, they joined Kaarta (formerly named Real Earth) as Director of Customer Engagement, a role they still hold today.

Dave Duggins completed their high school diploma at Upper St Clair in 1972. Dave then went on to pursue a BSEE in Electrical Engineering and Digital Electronics at Penn State University, graduating in 1976.
