Teri Gibson

Teri Gibson currently serves as the Director of HR Operations at KabaFusion, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this role, Teri worked at Del Amo Behavioral Health System of Southern California from July 1998 to December 2021 as the Director of Human Resources, where extensive knowledge was applied in State and Federal Law and Regulatory Compliance, along with expertise in employee dispute resolution and work/life balance issues. Teri's career started at Dep Corporation from 1991 to 1998 as a Human Resources Administrator, managing employee relations programs for over 250 employees. Educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science from Ashford University and an Associate’s Degree from Marymount College, Palos Verdes, CA.
