Annie Weiss

Annie Weiss is a seasoned professional in benefits and people operations, currently serving as the Senior Manager at Orna Therapeutics since March 2022. In this role, Annie is responsible for managing the benefits program, leading cross-functional projects, and overseeing HRIS management with Workday. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of People Operations at Harvard University, where Annie executed HR functions for library staff, and as a Senior HR Associate at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab at MIT. Earlier roles encompass administrative support at the MIT Sloan School of Management and an assistant position at the PAX Foundation. Annie holds an M.S. in Human Resource Management from Emmanuel College and a BA in Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder.
