David Webb

David Webb is an experienced human resources and education professional with a comprehensive background in talent development and learning leadership across various regions. Currently serving as Head of People at KABAM Robotics since April 2023, David previously held significant roles at KONE, where responsibilities included leading Learning and Development for the Asia Pacific Middle East & Africa and the Middle East & Africa. Earlier positions include Director of Executive Education at Columbia University and various leadership roles in talent management at Siemens and Qmatic. David holds a Master’s Degree in Adult and Continuing Education Administration from Penn State University, a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Liverpool, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy with a focus on Formal Logic from the University of Washington.
