Chul-min Sim

Chul-min Sim serves as the Chief Executive Officer (Co-CEO) at Kabam since April 2022, overseeing corporate management and spearheading Netmarble's expansion into Western markets. Previously, Chul-min held the position of CEO/President at Netmarble US from 2012 to April 2022, leading the company in localization, marketing, and operations for the North American, LATAM, and EU markets. Chul-min's extensive experience in the gaming industry also includes roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Netmarble, Director of the Game Division at CJ ENM, and various leadership positions at KT Hitel and Tronage Inc. Chul-min began a career in technology research as a Research Scientist at ETRI. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, both from Pusan National University.
