Paola Chavez

Paola Chavez has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Paola'smost recent role was as a Principal Talent Acquisition Partner at Kabam starting in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Microsoft from September 2021 to February 2022. Paola also has experience in the gaming industry, having worked as a Senior Recruiter and Studio Recruiter at Electronic Arts (EA) from September 2017 to April 2021. Before joining EA, they held recruitment positions at Rainmaker Entertainment Inc, Prime Focus World - Vancouver, MPC, Method Studios, Faction Creative, Keystone Entertainment, and IMAX. Throughout their career, Paola has demonstrated a focus on creative industries and has expertise in managing large teams and delivering outstanding visuals, audio, and technology.

Paola Chavez has pursued their education in the field of Animation at Vancouver Film School. Paola completed their studies with a degree in Animation. Additionally, in 2021, Paola enrolled in Centennial College School of Business to obtain a Certificate in Leadership and Inclusion.
