Kareem Aly

Kareem Aly is the co-founder and CEO of Kabata Fitness. Kareem was previously a principal at Felicis Ventures, where they invested in companies such as Shopify, Fitbit, Adyen, Credit Karma, Dollar Shave Club, Ring, Twitch, Warby Parker, Canva, Plaid, Flexport, and more. Prior to that, they were a principal at Thomvest, where they invested in ThousandEyes (Cisco), Cylance (Blackberry), Skyhigh (McAfee), Lastline (VMware), ShieldX (Fortinet), Clari, Pipefy, ShiftLeft, and Bolster. Kareem began their career as an investment banking analyst at Deutsche Bank, where they advised tech clients on a variety of transactions across equity raises, debt financings, and M&A.

Kareem Aly has a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. Kareem is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), and by FINRA as a Series 63 and 79.
