Leslie Spencer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and community engagement. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at The Kable Group since January 2023, Leslie focuses on providing flexible workforce solutions. Previous roles include Executive Director at the Cincinnati USA Sports Commission, where leadership led to significant regional visibility and the successful merger with the Greater Cincinnati Convention & Visitor’s Bureau. Leslie has also contributed to organizations such as the Ohio High School Athletic Association as a volleyball official, served as a board member and program chair for the Cincinnati FBI Citizens Academy, and worked as a sales administrator for Globe Food Equipment Company. Educationally, Leslie holds degrees in Health Promotion and Education from Marshall University and the University of Cincinnati.
