Starting in 1989, Louis P. Delay worked as the Founder and CEO of GRACO FRANCE (EBI) until 1995. From 1994 to 2007, they founded and served as CEO of Challenger International - BABYSUN. LOUIS P. then worked as the Director of Europe South at Graco Children's Products from 1995 to 2000. From 2001 to 2012, they were the Exclusive Importer for California Innovations Inc. Their role involved commercializing soft coolers and developing a full range of baby products for private labels. From 2012 to 2014, they worked as the R&D and Production Manager at Magicbed. Starting in 2014 and until 2016, they served as the IoT Manager at Bluebeep, focusing on connecting baby car seats to smartphones. Lastly, since 2016, they have been the Co-founder, C.O.O., and R&D/IoT Manager at Kabuto Luggage, an IoT company.
Louis P. Develay attended ESME from 1976 to 1979, where they obtained a degree in Ingénieur with a focus on Mécanique & Electricité.
