Clarissa Balmaseda

Clarissa Balmaseda is a seasoned financial investigations specialist and advisor with extensive experience in both corporate and government sectors. Currently serving as a Financial Investigations Specialist/Advisor at KACE Company since February 2022 and at Balmaseda Fischer Group LLC since January 2020, Balmaseda previously held leadership roles at Credit Suisse as Vice President, overseeing anti-fraud compliance and corporate investigations from 2015 to 2019. During a distinguished career with the IRS Criminal Investigation division from 1987 to 2015, Balmaseda operated in various capacities including Attaché and Assistant Special Agent in Charge, managing international operations and spearheading criminal investigations across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Additionally, Balmaseda served as President of NAAALEC from 2011 to 2013. Balmaseda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from California State University-Long Beach.
