Sean McElroy

Sean McElroy is an experienced leader in law enforcement and homeland security, currently serving as the Director of Homeland Security Services at KACE Company since January 2021. In this role, Sean provides strategic analysis and capability recommendations while overseeing employee recruitment for Federal clients. Prior to KACE, Sean held the position of Deputy Director at MVM, Inc., where responsibilities included strategic growth planning. Sean's extensive background also includes serving as Deputy Special Agent in Charge at Homeland Security Investigations, managing a large investigative office and coordinating investigations into various criminal activities. Sean's career in law enforcement began at the U.S. Customs Service, where duties included overseeing national money laundering programs and conducting complex criminal investigations. Sean holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice/Law and Society from American University and a diploma in Spanish from the Defense Language Institute.
