Franka Nooijen

Franka Nooijen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in contract management and facility services. Currently serving as Contractmanager and Facilitair adviseur at Kadaster since March 2017, Franka has been instrumental in developing and implementing MVO policies and managing project work related to hybrid working and COVID-19. Previously, from July 2008 to February 2017, Franka worked as Facilitair coördinator and contractmanager at Provincie Overijssel, overseeing operational contract management across various services. Franka's career began at BYK-Cera as a Customer Service Employee, where responsibilities included order administration and logistics. Educational qualifications include a BA in Facility Management from Saxion University of Applied Sciences and a diploma in Hotel- en hospitality management from ROC Rijn IJssel College.
