Marcella Grob

Marcella Grob is a seasoned Risk and Compliance Officer at Kadaster since February 2022, with extensive prior experience at Eneco from July 2013 to February 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing compliance in the Customer Care department and ensuring adherence to regulations within Credit Management, including WIK, GDPR, and privacy policies. Marcella also handled credit management processes, such as debt restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings, and negotiated payment arrangements. Additional experience includes roles in credit management at Oxxio and research assistance at Ceres, alongside volunteer work at DITSHWANELO- The Botswana Centre for Human Rights. Marcella holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in criminal law from Utrecht University and an initial diploma in social legal services from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
