Dan Bladen is the Co-Founder and CEO of Kadence, a company that provides the operating system for the future of work. Dan has also served as the Director of Technology for St. Paul's Hammersmith and as a Systems Architecture for BT.

Bladen has always been driven by a desire to improve the way people work. Dan was motivated to start Kadence after seeing how much potential there was for technology to empower people and help them achieve their full potential. Kadence is built on the belief that everyone should have the opportunity to flourish in everything they do.

So far, Kadence has been incredibly successful, with backing from leading investors including firstminute.capital, Manta Ray, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Intel Capital, ADV, Hambro Perks, Techstars, and R/GA. The company has helped countless people coordinate their work better and feel more trusted and empowered to make the best choices about how, when, and where they get their work done.

Dan Bladen studied Theology/Theological Studies at St Mellitus College, London and achieved a Bachelor of Arts (BA) (Hons) degree. Prior to this, they studied at Thomas Mills High School, Framlingham.
