Heather Bottoms has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Heather started their career at Daybreak Family Services in 2010 as a Social Worker/Psychosocial Rehabilitation Specialist. Heather then joined the National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) in 2016 as a Case Manager/Licensing Specialist, where they collaborated with multidisciplinary teams and provided support to foster parents and birth families. In 2021, Heather joined Collective Medical, a PointClickCare Company, as a Customer Success/Technical Analyst. In this role, they excelled in securing customer loyalty, resolving escalations, and conducting presentations to demonstrate product features. Heather also became an expert in the software platform and trained customers, achieving high customer satisfaction scores. In 2023, Heather joined Kadence as a Customer Success Associate.
Heather Bottoms holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Northeastern State University and an Associate's degree in Psychology from Carl Albert State College. Heather also obtained a certification in Customer Success Management Fundamentals from LinkedIn in February 2019.
