Nancy Ting Wang Wan-Sun

Mrs. Nancy Ting Wang Wan-sun, aged 68, was appointed as a Non-executive Director of the Company in January 2008, and was redesignated as an Executive Director of the Company in February 2009. She has been an Executive Director of Kader Industrial Company Limited since 2001. Mrs. Ting has not held any directorship in other listed public companies in the last three years. She is the wife of Mr. Kenneth Ting Woo-shou, the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company, mother of Mr. Ivan Ting Tien-li, the Non-executive Director of the Company, and auntie of Mr. Bernie Ting Wai-cheung, the Non-executive Director of the Company.
