Allyson Mullins

Allyson Mullins, BCBA, NBC-HWC, LBA, COBA, has dedicated nearly 15 years to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), primarily supporting Autistic individuals. Currently, Allyson serves as the Ohio Region Director at Kadiant, where they promote a positive work environment and advocate for clinician self-care to foster engagement and reduce burnout. Previously, they held roles such as Clinical Director and Behavioral Therapist at various organizations, including Integrated Behavioral Solutions and Gateway Counseling Center. Allyson is passionate about disseminating ABA methodology to families and collaborating with other professionals to enhance health and wellness outcomes for individuals. Allyson holds a degree from the Florida Institute of Technology.
