Michele Boal

Michele Boal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across various industries. As the Founder and CEO of Kadima since November 2020, Michele is focused on creating sustainable platforms designed for women. Concurrently, Michele serves as a Strategic Advisor for Change, advocating for social impact and activism. Previously, from May 1998 to November 2017, Michele held the position of Chief Philanthropy Officer and Strategic Partnerships at Quotient Technology Inc., enhancing philanthropic initiatives and strategic partnerships. Michele also co-founded Quotient Technology Inc., formerly Coupons. Earlier career roles include Director of Operations at Furman Selz, LLC, Merchandising Director at Town & Country Homes, and Director of Client Services at Montgomery Securities/TriStar Market Data. Michele Boal earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a focus on Journalism and Advertising from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
