Max Batty

Max Batty has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and management. Max is currently working at Kado as an Engineering Manager since April 2022. Prior to this role, they were a Lead Software Engineer at Kado from October 2021 to May 2022.

Max also worked at MORSE Corp for a significant period of time, starting as a Software Engineer from July 2016 to September 2018. Max then progressed to the role of Software Task Lead from September 2018 to October 2021. In this role, Max managed multiple technical projects, handled project infrastructure and high-level architecture, and maintained communication with customers for feedback.

Earlier in their career, Max had a co-op position at MITRE as a Web Application Development Co-op from July 2015 to December 2015.

Throughout their career, Max has demonstrated expertise in various programming languages and technologies including React/Redux, C#, Python (Flask), SQL Server, Android, and Jenkins. Max has been involved in full-stack development, networked application development, and automation of unit/integration tests and deployment processes.
