Jeff Hayduk

Jeff Hayduk is an experienced manufacturing engineer with a strong background in machining and programming. Currently employed at Kadon Precision Machining since September 2020, Jeff has previously held roles such as CNC Programmer/Set-up/Operator at PMI Aerospace and Machinist at RCV Performance Products. Prior to these positions, Jeff worked as a salesman at Titan Group, focusing on door-to-door sales for insurance restorations, and as a Lathe Set-up Technician at Forest City Gear, where responsibilities included programming and operating Haas and Okuma lathes. Earlier experience includes working as a CNC Operator at Schafer Gear Works, Inc., and as a CAD Draftsman at Rockford Fabricators, where Jeff laid out rebar for various concrete structures. Jeff is a graduate of Harlem High School.
