Richard Glenn

Richard Glenn currently serves as the Director of Manufacturing at RUTE DESIGN INC. since January 2019, where responsibilities include designing, setting up, and machining prototypes, as well as providing consulting services on Design for Manufacturing. In addition, Richard has been the 2nd Shift Lead Person in the Multi Axis Lathe Department at Kadon Precision Machining since July 2020, focusing on creating a safe work environment and training employees in machine operations and quality inspection. Prior experience includes a long tenure at Greenlee from 1997 to January 2022, where Richard was a Lead Person CNC Setup Machinist, managing multi-machine cells and hand-editing machine programs for effective manufacturing operations.
