Mohan Desai

Mohan Desai has ~ 25 years of private equity/private credit, capital markets and investment banking experience in Asia and is a founding member of, and an advisor to, Kae Capital. As a senior investment banking professional, Mohan held leadership positions at varied global corporate and investment banks including the Royal Bank of Scotland (“RBS”) and ABN AMRO where he built from the ground up and ran private capital markets and private investment businesses in Asia for a number of years. He also assumed other senior roles at ABN AMRO, including running strategy and corporate development for their global markets and client coverage franchises in Asia Pacific and spent a number of years as a senior corporate and investment banker having originated, structured and executed significant debt and equity financing transactions for clients across the region.
