Brandon Shier

Brandon Shier is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior People Advisor at KAEFER UK & Ireland since April 2022, after progressing through various HR roles within the company. Prior to this, Brandon held the position of Customer & Trading Manager at Sainsbury's, managing a team of approximately 250 employees and overseeing significant financial operations. Brandon has also held management roles at Sainsbury’s Argos and worked as a Customer Service Assistant at Sainsbury's. In terms of education, Brandon is pursuing a CIPD Level 5 qualification through Avado and possesses a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Business Studies from Richard Huish College.
