Matt Adams

Matt Adams is an experienced professional in the construction and marine sectors, currently serving as Head Of Commercial at KAEFER UK & Ireland since April 2019, after holding the position of Commercial Manager. Matt has been actively involved with the RNLI since January 2002, contributing as Deputy 2nd Coxswain, Inshore Lifeboat Helmsman, Lifeboat Crew, 2nd Mechanic, and Lifeboat Station Training Co-Ordinator. Prior to KAEFER, Matt worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor (Freelance) at Woodhouse Commercial Services Ltd. from June 2017 to March 2019 and spent nearly a decade (2008-2017) as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Deborah Services Limited/Actavo, a global strategic operations partner. Matt's career began at Deborah Services Limited, where Matt worked as a Quantity Surveyor and Trainee Quantity Surveyor. Educationally, Matt holds an HNC in Building Construction Technology from Teesside University and completed studies at Manor Comprehensive in Hartlepool.
