Mehdi Makhlouf

Mehdi Makhlouf is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Training & Development for Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at QIAGEN since July 2019. Mehdi specializes in leadership, talent development, coaching, and team dynamics, with responsibilities including the development of training curriculums for effective onboarding and field coaching of sales and technical teams. Mehdi also acts as a jury member for the training of trainers at a training organization for adults, evaluating students for certification. Prior to QIAGEN, Mehdi worked at bioMerieux for over 14 years in various roles related to microbiology application and customer service, providing technical support and developing expertise in bacteriology products. Mehdi holds a professional coaching certification from CIC - Centre International du Coach and an engineering degree from Ecole Supérieur d'Ingénieur de Luminy Marseille.
