KAEFER
Dr. Kerstin Lacher currently serves as the Head of HR at KAEFER, a position held since October 2019. Prior to this role, Dr. Lacher was the Director of Human Resources at Philips from September 2006 to October 2019. Dr. Lacher earned a PhD degree in Business Management, Human Resources, and Labour Law from Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg, where a Diplom in Business Management & Law was also obtained. Additionally, Dr. Lacher holds a Master's degree in Sports Science, German, and Mathematics from the same university, completed between 1994 and 1999.
