Luis Ayala, P.E. is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and execution across various sectors in construction. Currently serving as a Civil Engineer at KAEKO, Inc. since May 2021, Luis previously held the position of Superintendent at Alliance Residential Company from September 2015 to November 2020, where responsibilities included project scheduling, vendor coordination, and budget management. Prior to that, from September 2004 to June 2015, Luis worked as a Project Engineer at CJ Builders Inc., overseeing residential and commercial construction projects with budgets exceeding $20 million while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Luis holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
