Jeffrey Tecson has worked in the recruitment and payroll industries since 2016. Jeffrey began their career at ADP as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Senior Payroll Specialist, where they handled complex payroll, tax, benefits and time/attendance issues. Jeffrey also built client relationships and defused escalated concerns. After a year, they ventured out to different departments and learned new skills such as phone screening, sourcing potential candidates and resume reviews. In 2020, Jeffrey was retrenched due to COVID-19 and was given a chance to join Kaeppel Consulting, LLC as a Technical and I.T Recruiter. In this role, they are responsible for the sourcing process via LinkedIn, resume reviews and phone screen process for the clients.
