Yves Burgold

Yves Burgold is an experienced engineer and team leader with a background in mechanical engineering and business management. Since January 2012, Yves has been serving as the Gruppenleiter Entwicklung Gebläseblöcke at KAESER KOMPRESSOREN, focusing on the development and construction of blower blocks, strategic product development, process optimization, and employee development. Prior experience includes leading the "onwind" innovation project at Assystem to enhance wind farm efficiency, managing aerodynamics for turbomachines, and conducting aerodynamic calculations on behalf of MTU Aero Engines AG. Yves holds a Master of Business Administration and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Fachhochschule Jena, complementing a solid foundation in both technical and managerial competencies.
