Ryan Yoneyama

Ryan Yoneyama has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2017, they worked as a Property Assistant at IMG College, where they managed pre-game operations and property management for Washington State IMG Fieldhouse. In 2018, they served as a Brand Ambassador for Kaged Muscle before transitioning to a Certified Personal Trainer role at 24 Hour Fitness in 2019. During this time, they also gained experience as a Public Relations Intern at the Seattle Thunderbirds Hockey Club. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at Insight Global, specializing in IT recruitment and managing multiple account executives. In 2020, they became a Sales Development Representative at Outreach. Ryan then joined Google via Adecco in 2021 as a Technical Sourcer, supporting hiring efforts for various roles in Latin America. Ryan later became a Technical Recruiter, focusing on hiring efforts for Google's Public Sector division and its Professional Services Organization, including roles such as Data Engineers, Infrastructure Operations Engineers, and Cloud Migration Consultants. In 2022, they worked as a Brand Ambassador for Kaged before transitioning to Recruiting Lead at People Obsessed and Sourcing Recruiter at Hayden AI in 2023.

Ryan Yoneyama holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sport Management from Washington State University. Ryan also completed a double minor in Business Administration and Communications at the same institution. Additionally, Ryan has obtained various certifications, including the Quantcast Academy's Digital Advertising certification, The Trade Desk Edge Academy Certified: Marketing Foundations certification, Web Programming Foundations certification from LinkedIn, Certified Personal Trainer certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and CPR, AED & First Aid Certification from the NationalCPRFoundation.
