Emily Cho

Emily Cho has extensive experience in the hospitality and service sectors, currently serving as the Food and Beverage Office Manager at The Kahala Hotel & Resort since December 2021, where roles have also included Food and Beverage Administrative Assistant and Human Resources Clerk (Temp). Emily has worked as a Guest Service Agent at Hallmark Aviation since January 2019, focusing on travel documentation and customer assistance at boarding and arrivals. Previous positions include Graduate Assistant at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Office Assistant in the Social Sciences Dean's Office, and roles in customer service, including Receptionist at Royal Kaila Spa and Spa Attendant at Laka Skin Care and Spa. Emily also completed an internship at Castle Resorts & Hotels, gaining insights into hotel operations. Educational qualifications include a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Travel Industry Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a high school diploma from Moanalua High School.
