Gina Thompson, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Director of Human Resources at Kahala Brands since November 2021, where strategic leadership focuses on enhancing employee engagement and implementing cost-saving HR programs. Previously, Gina was the Director of Human Resources at Transdev - Phoenix from March 2020 to October 2021, collaborating with management to align HR strategies that improved employee retention and client satisfaction within a unionized environment. Gina's extensive experience began at Harkins Theatres, from March 2000 to May 2019, where leadership facilitated the growth of the human resources infrastructure and organizational culture, expanding the workforce from 1,000 to 4,000 employees across multiple states.
