Dominic Donato

Dominic Donato is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in professional liability defense, civil litigation, and legislative advocacy. Currently serving as a Partner at Kahana Feld since April 2023, Dominic previously held positions as Counsel and Attorney at Coffey Modica O'Meara Capowski LLP and Tyson & Mendes, respectively. With a background that includes significant roles at Gallo Vitucci Klar LLP, Byrne & O'Neill, LLP, and Tobin & Dempf, LLP, Dominic has managed diverse cases through all stages of litigation, specializing in matters related to licensed architects and engineers. Early career experiences include a legislative aide position at the New York State Senate and legal research focused on Chinese law at Albany Law School Government Law Center. Dominic earned a Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from SUNY Geneseo.
