Tim Capowski

Timothy Capowski is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in appellate and litigation strategy. Currently serving as Chair of the National Appellate & Litigation Strategy/Consulting Group at Kahana Feld since April 2023, Capowski previously held the position of Partner at Coffey Modica O'Meara Capowski from January 2022 to April 2023, and at Shaub Ahmuty Citrin & Spratt from February 2002 to January 2022. Early in the career, Capowski worked as an Associate at Mauro Goldberg & Lilling, LLP from October 1994 to January 2001 and as a Law Clerk at Lipsitz Green Fahringer Roll Salisbury & Cambria LLP from June 1992 to May 1994. Academic qualifications include a BS in Law from the University at Buffalo School of Law (1992-1994), further education at the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University (1991-1992), a BS in Communications from the State University of New York at Fredonia (1985-1989), and initial studies at the University at Albany (1984-1985), following completion of secondary education at Millbrook High School (1981-1984).
