Jacqueline Michalski

Jacqueline Michalski is a highly experienced professional in coaching and aquatics management, currently serving as a Recruiter at NCSA College Recruiting since November 2023 and as Aquatics Director at Kahkwa Club since May 2022. With a robust background, Jacqueline led the men's and women's swimming and diving teams at Gannon University from July 2019 to November 2023, achieving notable success in athletic performance and program development, and previously held significant roles at various institutions including Eastern Illinois University and Saint Francis University. Jacqueline’s expertise encompasses team management, staff training, budget oversight, and the creation of operational manuals, alongside practical experience in emergency management as an Assistant Chief Lifeguard at Fairhaven Beach State Park. Jacqueline holds a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from King's College and a Bachelor of Science in Wellness Management from the State University of New York at Oswego.
