Jorge Gonzalez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer care and operations management. Currently serving as the Customer Care Manager for Kahoot! brands, including Drops, Actimo, and Motimate, Jorge is responsible for coordinating the customer service team, overseeing escalations, and driving process improvements.
