David Emfinger

David Emfinger has worked in the construction industry since 2000. David started their career as a Project Manager at VCC Construction in 2000. In 2011, they transitioned to Senior Project Manager at DooleyMack Constructors of South Carolina, LLC. In 2012, they moved to URETEK as a Consultant, and was later promoted to Vice President Sales, Business Development & Project Management. In 2019, they joined Kahua as a Senior Client Executive - Federal & DoD. At Kahua, they were responsible for the delivery of the industry's only Low Code Application Platform (LCAP). David also helped the world's largest owners, contractors, architects, and engineers integrate the construction supply chain to profitably deliver the highest performance capital assets at the lowest possible cost.

David Emfinger has a long history of education and certifications. David graduated from Darlington School in 1995. David then attended Georgia State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate. In 2015, they began attending Auburn University, where they received a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate & Finance in 2017. David has also obtained eight certifications from various institutions, including LinkedIn, Bluebeam, Inc., HubSpot, Kahua, and Salesforce. The most recent certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in May 2022.
