The Leadership Team at Kahuku Medical Center (KMC) is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, operational efficiency, financial health, and quality of care provided by the hospital. This team ensures that all departments, from emergency services and inpatient care to specialty areas like gastroenterology and pulmonology, are functioning optimally to serve Oahu’s North Shore communities. Integrating their expertise, the Chief Information Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Medical Officer - Rural Health Clinic, and Chief Nursing Officer collaborate to uphold KMC's mission of delivering accessible, high-quality, and cost-effective healthcare.
