Tom White

Tom White has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tom most recently worked at Kahuna Workforce Solutions, where they held the position of VP Product and Engineering since October 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Product Director at the same company from November 2016 to October 2020. Tom also worked as a Solutions Architect at Kahuna Workforce Solutions from October 2012 to November 2016.

Before joining Kahuna Workforce Solutions, Tom worked as an HCM Consultant at ConocoPhillips from February 2014 to August 2015. Tom also held a similar role at Marathon Oil Corporation from May 2013 to January 2014. Earlier, Tom worked as an HRIS Consultant at Valaris Limited from November 2012 to January 2014.

Tom's work experience also includes positions at The Body Shop, where they served as a Cash Control Team Leader from February 2012 to August 2012, and as a Cash Control Analyst from July 2008 to February 2012. Tom also worked as a Customer Services Administrator at Dalkia from November 2009 to January 2010. Tom started their career as a Junior Accountant at Alexander Hall and Co, where they worked from July 2006 to July 2007.

Tom White obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Accounting and Business Economics from the University of Portsmouth between 2004 and 2008. Tom also holds additional certifications in SuccessFactors, including WFAP Mastery from SuccessFactors in April 2014, Succession Mastery from SuccessFactors in December 2013, and Introduction to Mastery from SAP SuccessFactors in May 2013.
