Gemma Wenstrom

Gemma Wenstrom is the current COO at Kaia Health. Prior to this, they were with Veradigm from June 2019 to January 2021, where they led the transition of the ZappRx specialty therapy solution into the Veradigm product suite and managed all legacy partnerships and provider clients. Gemma also expanded the specialty product offering while at Veradigm, including commercialization and go-to-market initiatives, as well as adding new partnerships, scaling the customer success team, and driving specialty product strategy.

Before Veradigm, Gemma was with ZappRx from May 2018 to February 2021. During their time there, they built and scaled all commercial operational functions, including User Support, Account Management, Customer Success, Product Strategy, Sales Operations, and Partnerships Delivery and Program Management. Gemma also developed an innovative prior authorization product and scaled the provider engagement team. Lastly, they established and grew partnerships across pharmacies, pharma, and health data organizations in an effort to increase transparency for providers and their patients, as well as simplify the journey for patients getting on complex, expensive therapies.

Gemma Wenstrom has a Bachelor of Arts in Gemma'story and French Literature from Harvard University. Gemma also has a Master of Arts in Management and Strategy from Harvard University.

They are on a team with Ken Barlotta - VP, Employer Sales, Jonas Duss - Co-Founder & CEO, US, and Chris Lichti - CTO. Their manager is Nigel Ohrenstein, President.
