Yashwanth Soundararaj

Yashwanth Soundararaj currently serves as the Head Of Regulatory Affairs at Kaia Health, where responsibilities include developing strategy for EU MDR certification, achieving multiple compliance certifications, and building in-house compliance expertise. Prior to this role, Yashwanth held various positions at HCL Technologies, where significant contributions were made towards ensuring regulatory compliance for product development and leading cross-functional teams for remediation of products to meet EU MDR requirements. Earlier experience includes managing healthcare product portfolios at HD Medical Group, focusing on CE and FDA certifications, and leading design projects at Analog and Digital Labs related to advanced traffic management systems. Yashwanth holds a Master's degree in Engineering and Applied Science from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Anna University.
