Jing Rong LIM currently serves as the Head of Engineering for Kaidee, overseeing the integration and management of technology and operational processes across Kaidee's platforms. Previously, Jing Rong served as the Chief Technology Officer at Rate, where responsibilities included leading product and software development, managing internal and external product scaling, and making critical operational decisions. Prior experience includes a role as a Full Stack Engineer at Studypool, where Jing Rong led a mobile application revamp using React Native, and a position as a Machine Learning Engineer at IDA Singapore, focusing on data analytics and machine learning. Jing Rong holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the National University of Singapore and has further professional development in Computer Science and Management Science from Stanford University.
