Raman Kumar Shakya

Raman Kumar Shakya has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Raman Kumar has held various roles in different companies. Raman Kumar started their career at Vodafone as a Senior Executive in Human Resources from October 2014 to December 2017. Raman Kumar then worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at ITS Dental Hospital from December 2017 to July 2019. After that, they joined Havells India Ltd as a Senior Human Resources Specialist, focusing on Payroll and Operations from November 2019 to July 2021. Raman Kumar then moved to Teva Pharmaceuticals as an Assistant Manager in HR & Admin from July 2021 to November 2021. Currently, they are working at ITS Dental Hospital as an Associate Manager in Human Resources since November 2021. Raman Kumar has recently accepted a position as Head HR - Greater Noida at Kailash Healthcare Ltd starting in June 2023.

Raman Kumar Shakya completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University in 2014. Raman Kumar then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management from Delhi University, which they completed in 2017. Currently, Raman is pursuing another MBA degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and is expected to graduate in 2023.
