J Michael D Woodard has been working in the technology industry since 1994. J Michael D began their career at FSPI as Technical Support, and later moved to Fantasy Sports Properties as Technical Support/Jr Programmer. In 1998, they joined Computer Associates, Intl. as a Senior Software Developer, and was promoted to Senior Software Engineer in 2006. The following year, they joined Xperts, Inc. as Engineering Manager, and then moved to Synergy Systems, Inc. in 2009, where they served as Director of Information Technology. J Michael D then joined Health Diagnostic Laboratory, Inc. as Chief Technology Officer in 2009, and moved to True Health in 2015 in the same role. In 2019, they joined Kainos Healthcare Solutions, LLC. as Chief Executive Officer/Partner.

J Michael D Woodard received a Computer Programming Certificate from the Computer Learning Center in 2000. Prior to that, they attended West Springfield High School.
