Kimberley Fu

Kimberley F. is an Associate UX Researcher at Kainos since September 2022, previously serving as a Research Consultant at Henley Reward Consulting from December 2021 to September 2022, where responsibilities included conducting targeted benchmarking research, data collection, and analysis using both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. In July 2021, Kimberley participated in a project with Health Education England focused on promoting Employer Supported Volunteering to enhance NHS staff wellbeing, alongside training in project management and commercial awareness. Kimberley also has experience as a Student Mentor at the University of Birmingham, providing academic support to secondary school students from December 2019 to March 2020. Kimberley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Birmingham, earned in 2021.
